Interesting timeline of Leatherman products. I use my Leatherman nearly everyday, and is quite possibly the best tool I have owned. It has held up through a lot and really is a quality tool.
I have the “Wave”, an older (with newer revisions) near $60 multi-tool. The line has expanded so much over the years ranging from your average household multi-tool all the way up “through the ranks” to the military level.
I have heard stories from others who have owned such tools that have somehow broken them, and had sent them back to Leatherman. Said tool was replaced by the company for a super minimal cost. Way to stand by your product!
